Terms of Use
The rules for using the TeslaBox portable power bank rental service.
1. Service
TeslaBox provides access to portable power banks through TeslaBox stations and, when available, the TeslaBox mobile application. A rental begins when a power bank is released to you and ends when it is correctly returned to an available TeslaBox station.
2. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate information and comply with the instructions shown in the application or at the station. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
3. Fees and payment
Applicable rental fees, any authorisation amount, and available payment methods are shown before you confirm a rental. By starting a rental, you authorise the displayed charge. Prices and availability may vary by station and are confirmed in the service flow.
4. Returning a power bank
Return the power bank to an available TeslaBox station and confirm that the station has accepted it. Keep the return confirmation. If a return is not recorded, contact support promptly at info@teslabox.rs or +381 60 505 4030.
5. Care, loss, and damage
Use the power bank with reasonable care and only for its intended purpose. You may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from loss, theft, deliberate damage, unauthorised modification, or failure to return a device, as permitted by applicable law and disclosed in the rental flow.
6. Cancellation and refunds
If you experience a technical issue, contact support promptly with the rental details. Eligible corrections or refunds are assessed case by case in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TESLABOX DOO BEOGRAD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from a user’s incompatible device or misuse of a power bank. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
